The Venom is an overstable distance driver.
Drive your fangs into the all-new Venom. This entirely retooled disc is here to stay. That’s why our team took everything that works (and nothing that doesn’t) about the previous Venom to bring you a reimagined, consistent, overstable maximum distance driver. Fulfilling a need in many players' bags, this addition to our lineup will become a favorite amongst power throwers and those looking for a reliable distance driver.
The Venom brings supreme overstability to your distance driver selection without sacrificing a comfortable grip. Its flat profile makes it a perfect candidate to fight headwinds and take the wind out of play. It’s a popular choice for forehand and overhand throwers because of its predictability. After being out of commission for years, the Venom mold was tweaked in 2023 and brought back into production. It boasts a similar feel to the Force, but has increased glide and overstability. This Jawbreaker-infused ESP run is the most grippy Venom run on the market, bringing in maximum spin generation and the ability to fly longer distances. These Venom’s have a pop-top with a lot of give on the inner flight plate and pair the visual Jawbreaker look with the feel and durability of ESP.
Discraft ESP plastic, first introduced in 2006, was created to bring an increased grip to premium plastic without sacrificing too much durability. It beats in to fly a touch more understable than Z plastic and is only slightly less durable. The tell-tale sign of ESP plastic is the opaque, pastel-colored appearance along with a stiff but slightly tacky grip. Discraft Jawbreaker plastic takes the supreme grip of the Pro-D and X-line plastics, adds some premium durability and sprinkles in a splash of aesthetic appeal to create the Jawbreaker blend. These discs are smooth, yet quite tacky and offer the best putting grip on the market. The stiffness isn’t firm, but is also far from providing a lot of flex and is very comparable to the Putter Blend. The soft plastic will beat in to bring a hint of understability to the originally-intended flight path and won't hold it's shape as long as premium plastics, but more than the Putter Blend would under the same duress. The major attraction of the Jawbreaker plastic is the colored marble-like appearance that one would see in a speckled Jawbreaker candy. Jawbreaker ESP Plastic combines the look of Jawbreaker with the durability of ESP.
