The Hornet is an overstable midrange disc.

Aggressive into the wind, the Hornet's place in the hive is between Wasp and Drone. Not crazy overstable, but no sissy either. You'll be surprised by the amount of glide Hornet generates. Originally the 2010 Ace Race prototype.

This microbeaded midrange feels like a Buzzz in the hand and provides a consistently overstable flight with strong glide. The Hornet resists high-speed turn and fits into Discraft’s lineup between the Wasp and Drone. These Hornets were ran in Swirly ESP plastic and feel incredible in the hand.

Discraft ESP Swirl plastic, first introduced in Discraft’s 2019 Tour Series run, is one of the most visually-appealing plastics on the market. The vibrant swirls flowing throughout the entirety of this blend are reason enough for all molds to fly off the shelves in this plastic. The swirls seem to add a touch of overstability to the standard ESP flight as well as increased stiffness.
