An emblem of precision and control, the Zone has established itself as a must-have. Its overstable flight, favored for approach shots and short drives, is a testament to its reliability. Enter the innovative designs of the Banger GT and Ringer GT concept tops, and the Zone elevates to a level of its own. The Banger GT’s “Groove Top” isn’t just about looks; it offers a unique grip, particularly for those who lean towards a thumb track hold, ensuring a slightly overstable and predictable flight.

This disc was released as a highly sought-after Battle Pack in 2023 with the eventual design winner being a Banger GT flight plate on top of the standard Zone mold. At baseline, the Zone GT is a standard Zone with added grip for throwing through the addition of a thumb track. Good for both forehands and backhands, this extremely overstable mold can handle significant torque and always provides a reliable finish to its flight, no matter the angle. This run is stiff and grippy, but seasons nicely in the Jawbreaker Swirl plastic. The 8-point colorful swirls help a smaller, central octopus-skeleton stamp stand out.

Discraft's CT Swirl "Crazy Tuff" plastic blend is noted for being stiffer than the stock putter plastic. Discraft Jawbreaker plastic takes the supreme grip of the Pro-D and X-line plastics, adds some premium durability and sprinkles in a splash of aesthetic appeal to create the Jawbreaker blend. These discs are smooth, yet quite tacky and offer the best putting grip on the market. The stiffness isn’t firm, but is also far from providing a lot of flex and is very comparable to the Putter Blend. The soft plastic will beat in to bring a hint of understability to the originally-intended flight path and won't hold it's shape as long as premium plastics, but more than the Putter Blend would under the same duress. The major attraction of the Jawbreaker plastic is the colored marble-like appearance that one would see in a speckled Jawbreaker candy. The CT Jawbreaker Swirl combines CT and Jawbreaker and has decorative, multi-colored swirls for added visual appeal.
